REGISTRATION INFORMATION

*PLEASE READ*

AlWood is moving to a new student information program beginning with the 2026-2027 school year.  TeacherEase will replace PowerSchool.   With the new program comes online registration and online payments, amongst other resources.

Online Registration will open on Monday, July 6th for the 2026-2027 school year. Registration will close on Thursday August 13th, at the end of the day. Paper registration forms will not be sent home this year.

  • Everyone must create a new online account in TeacherEase (even if you had one in PowerSchool).

  • If the school has your email on file, you’ll automatically receive a Welcome Letter from TeacherEase with instructions to set up your account.

  • If you don’t get an email, it likely means the school doesn’t have your current email address.  In this case, you’ll need to contact the district office to add one.

Online registration will include all of the paperwork required for registration.  It will also include other miscellaneous paperwork.  All of this paperwork can be filled out online.  Payments can be made online through TeacherEase.  The health requirements do not need to be met before filling out online paperwork.

If you need help with online registration, you can come to Registration Day on Thursday, July 30, from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the AlWood Middle/High School Cafeteria.

If you know families that are new to the district, please notify the Unit Office at (309) 334-2719, so they may be added to class lists, mailing lists, bus routes, etc.

The first day of attendance will be Wednesday, August 12, 2026 for students in grades PKG (LEAP) through Grade 12.  The start time for school will be 8:00 A.M. and students will be dismissed at 2:36 P.M.
